ACA is hosting a day trip to Holiday Valley Ski Resort! This trip is open to everyone, don't miss out! Transportation is not provided for this trip. Members are responsible for getting themselves to and from the resort. Lift tickets are valid anytime until 10pm for Sat. Feb 4 2023. Tickets must be purchased by Thursday Feb 2, 2023 before 12pm EST.
How do I pick up my lift tickets?
Lift tickets will be available for pick up from AC Adventure's club leader. Pick-up will be available at Holiday Valley's main lodge on the top floor. Pick up time will be between 8:15am-10:30am. Please print out your confirmation ticket or have your QR ticket available to confirm your purchase in order to receive your lift ticket. This can be found when logging onto your booking through your booking account.
What if I'm late picking up my lift tickets?
Please contact our group leader as soon as possible. We will arrange a time for you to meet and pick up your tickets.
How do I pick up my rentals?
You will receive a rental form once you pick up your lift tickets from our group leader. You must show proof of purchase to get your rental. Once you pick up the rental form, you are able to go to the rental shop to pick up your gear.
Is transportation included?
Transportation is NOT provided for this trip. Members are responsible for getting themselves to and from the resort.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Purchases made on or before Thursday Feb 2, 2023 12:00pm EST are 100% refundable. Cancellation requests starting after 12pm EST Thursday Feb 2, 2023 are NOT refundable. For cancellation requests, please email support@acadventure.us. In the subject line please put, "Holiday Valley Cancellation Request", in the body of your email, include your first & last name and booking reference ID. Refunds are expected to take between 7-14 business days. If AC Adventure chooses to cancel the trip for any reason, all guests will be refunded 100%.
How do the charges show up on my credit card?
Purchases from AC Adventure will appear on credit card statement as the following. EP x AC Adventure LLC, Palo Alto, CA. The reason the statement appears with a California address is due to the platform our website is being run on. Our club is based in Ohio, but to take online payments, we use a platform called Easol.
